Motion To Move To Another Country

i was charged with a misdemenor attempted indecent liberties....it was a felony at first but it was dropped to misdemenor, the crime was over the internet but i never asked to person to meet with me and it ended up being a detective but i was put on probation for two years and i was wondering if anyone heard or new cases where the judge let a person move out the country while on probation and have probation amended or terminated.

Move out of country on probation? Totally zero chance. You probation would have to be vacated because there is way to properly supervise someone on probation who does not live in US.

I had a case where a person was pro athlete and wanted to move outside the US to play sports. His lawyer filed a motion to have probation vacated, and instead serve a short jail sentence.

The possible sentencing guidelines vary by state so you should check with a lawyer what options you have.

i have talked to my laywer but they didnt really answer my questions but i am a US citizen but also i am a citizen in another country would that help me out if that is the country i am planning on moving to?
