    Default H1B Transfer Before Approval

    Hi.
    My H1B visa is getting processed (I have received the receipt) from company A, now i want to transfer to company B , can the H1 visa transfer to company B happen before my transfer to company A is approved?

    No, you have to actually start working for Company A, in order to transfer to Company B.
