Unjust Seat Belt Ticket Washington

I was recently at my girlfriends house just chilling having a good time with some of her friends, and i decided to head home to get a shower and change my cloths before i head to my night classes, I ask a friend of mine to take me home and she agrees. NOW! we take off from my girlfriends house which is only 10 minutes away from my house, Now we pull onto my house street obaying all laws when a state patrolmen pulls out from a dirt road pulls us over just infront of my house, He makes his way to the drivers side window myself in the passager seat laughing to myself because of how stupid the situation is. He competely ignores the driver and says i wasnt wearing my seat belt when i clearly had it on and was very noticable over my green hoodie and the seatbelt itself being a bright red for some odd reason. He askes me nicely for my ID which i hand over after telling him i didnt have my drivers licents yet and leaves, then comes back and begins to behave rudely to me and the driver of the car after showing me a 235$ ticket saying i wasnt wearing my seat belt, and that i was acting aggresivly to him. He then leaves and i get taken home, now i have decided to challange this ticket and was hoping someone had any ideas of how i can get it reduced or dismissed.

Plead not guilty and tell the judge the truth. Have the driver testify. You still may not win.

I used to live in WA and the ticket cost for seatbelts violation is $101. Unless, of course, this is not a first offence.
