    Default Failure to Return Donations

    the story is that I do flair bartending and held a charity event and i went to a store and they gave me about $800 dollars worth of products. It was for an auction, and the auction went under I did not raise enough money to cover the price of the products and did not raise any money for the events charity I got scared and did not know what to so freaked out and did not call them i figured i had enough time to pay them back and that was not the case. know I am faced with this. please tel me what my options are and what i can do.

    Default Failure to Return or Pay for Auction Items

    Why didn't you just return the items? How much time has elapsed since this happened?

    What is happening now? If you have been charged with a crime, you should consult a criminal defense lawyer.

    Default there is is no items

    the items were sold and the money i had to use to pay the bartenders and room so I thuoght I had enough time to pay them but I guess not
