Default Motion of Non-Dischargeable Debt
I was in a car accident 7 months ago the girl that hit me had no insurance and was driving on a suspended driver's license, I had a rental car at the time. I did not have uninsured motriest so my insurance did not cover, I had to pay $23,000.00 For the Total Loss of the car ,Know i received a letter from Bankruotcy Court the the girl has filed Bankruptcy So my question is can I do anything about it.....

Default Accident with Uninsured Driver
You should consult a personal injury attorney to see if (a) there might be grounds to avoid discharge in bankruptcy (e.g., intentional act, voluntary intoxicatino); or (b) if there might be other avenues of recovery (e.g., other insurance policies which might apply to the car).
