Default Workers Comp Benefits Were Cut Off
Hello first time here
Wc investigated my accident and said I was already hurt from the leg and that what caused the accident at work, but its not true I wa sick of my leg but went to dr and I was walking fine I tripped at worked and tore something around my knee, but they said I was already sick of that which I wasnt I was sick of the sciatic nerve. WC stopped benefits and DR says I need surgery I do not know where to go from hers

Contact a WC attorney in your state. Most offer free consultation and in many states WC attorneys don't charge except for lump sum settlements and/or hearing time, etc. Call the local or state bar association and ask for a referral to a WC lawyer.

Im working and I am in pain Im takinking meds, I just do not know how to go about it The are confusing twoo things that just so happen to me months apart I have used my private insurance for this injury and since the dr was seeing me for a sciatc nerve on dec they think it was the same thing on jan I need to work because of bills i have to pay It is taking so long I faxed the MRI to WC and the have not responded What do I do next?
