Criminal File Access
How would I go about accessing a criminal procedure file? Son under went a criminal proceeding in Nassau County, NY and I would like to review the Adjuornment records to see who requested what adjournments and for what reason?

Contact the Nassau County Clerk of Courts to be pointed in the right direction.
