Default Probation Violation For Nondisclosure Of Properties
Me and mt wife went to jail for 10 months for wire fraud(Creative financing) we used to be loan agents.It's been served we plead guilty per our lawyer's advise. Now probation Officer is telling us we definitely have violation for not disclosing all our properties. Nothing to disclosed, it's not under our names and 1 of them was quity claim deed back in 2002. Crime happened 2004.
Now what do we do/ we are broke paying our lawyers back the and stll went to prison. Do we need a lawyer again? Violation is what the P O said. Pls. help us..thank You
