I have a nephew that was sent to live with his grandmother in Oklahoma. She does not have any custody papers on him & his father refuses to let him come back to Nevada. My nephew is severely depressed & is begging to come home. My husband & I have decided that we want him to come but want to follow all state regulations. Can you help me in finding out exactly what we need to do? We live in Nevada & he is in Oklahoma. He is 16 years old..Thank You
