Default Worker's Comp Settlement
What determines eligibility for a worker's comp settlement? Would participating in voc rehab make you ineligible for a settlement? I am in Hawaii and have been on wc for a year. Thanks

You need to cntact your local workers compensation board. They cannot give you legal advice but can give you the law. Normally refusing to participate in vocational rehab will hurt your case but you need to ask a local attorney since WC is fact and state specific.

Also--if I were you I'd apply for Social Security Disability--I was out of work for 1 year and I was approved.
