    Default Enhancements In Drug Cases

    Can anyone tell me the types of enhancement that are applicable in federal drug cases in Louisiana? How many levels can be added to the base level?

    You can obtain and read the federal sentencing guidelines here. As you will see, it's not a "one size fits all" set of enhancements. Work through the guidelines.
