Wisconsin Drivers License Revoked In Colorado

I had a valid WI drivers license and was stopped for a traffic violation in the state of Colorado. I was asked to take a chemical test and "refused".
I lost the DMV hearing and my license is Revoked for one year due to the "refusal".
Wisconsin is not part of the DLCompact but appears to be part of the national DLAgreement.
Will the state of WI hear of the Revocation from the state of CO?
Will this affect my driving privileges outside of CO?
Can I go back to WI and get a new DL replacement and be able to drive there and in other states besides CO?
Can I get a occupational DL in any state.......in CO I cannot drive whatsoever even though I live 8+ miles from any town or public transportation.
If I win at trial and don't get charged with a DUI can I go and get a replacement DL in WI without any hassles?
Any help would be truly appreciated since the help I have been getting has proved to not be very helpful. Thank You.

Possibly. Probably, eventually.

Only if WI eventually revokes your license.

As long as WI does not suspend or revoke your license, sure.

You can get a license in another state by giving up your WI license ... though that means they may very well check other states to determine if you have a recorded suspension. Whether a state will give you a license depends on the rules in that state.

Ask the WI DMV. Probably so ... unless they still suspend it.

The officers in CO probably should not have seized your WI license since it is not the property of CO. However, they MIGHT ship it back to WI with the info of your DUI arrest. That could mean that WI will become aware of your situation rather soon.

When I had my DUI in NC (I was from GA), the police officer mistakenly seized my GA DL. Technically (and there was NC case law) he was not supposed to do that. I got it back after paying $50 for the fee to get it back early and sending my attorney after it. Chances are I could have recieved it early.

Chances are that the suspension did not make it back to WI. More often than not the States are now asking the question if the license is suspended or the priveleges are suspended in another state.

When I was convicted of DUI the prosecutor asked for my GA license and the judge and my attorney told them that they could not have it per case law. If I were a NC resident I would have had to surrender it. Granted, 2 months later GA suspended my priveleges for the remainder of 120 days.
