After Divorce, Bills Ex Wont Pay

I my divorce decree, my ex wife agreed to pay 3 different bills that she had in my name if the creditors came after me to pay them, and they have, so I gave her the 3 bills to pay, and she just blows me off. I called her lawyer and told him that she has not paid these bills yet, and he said that since he still represents her he could not discuss it with me, and that she would have to call him. If she doesn't pay these bills, what is my best plan of action? The agreements states that if she does not pay them, and I hire a lawyer, she would be responsible for my lawyer fees, court costs and would have to pay the bills. Is this true?

You bring a motion in court to compel her to abide by the divorce judgment. You can discuss with your lawyer the chances that the court will award you fees and costs.
