My Father Passed Away 1 Week Ago. He Is Survived By Me, My Brother, And Sister. 2 Weeks Ago He Asked Me To Be The Executor Of His Estate, But Passed Before A Will Was Written Up. Since His Passing, I Found Out That An Ex-girlfriend Is The Beneficiary Of A Life Insurance Policy, And A 401k. Is There Any Way To Challenge Her Being The Beneficiary? They Have Been Broken Up For More Than A Year.

the items you mention pass outside of any probate and unless you have justification for contesting the bene, you will not be successful.

So, what is your reason for contesting the bene? If dad wanted somebody else as bene, he would have changed the bene before he passed.

Dad Told Me 2 Days Prior To Being Hospitalized That He Had Approx $100k And Wanted Me And My Siblings To Share Anything He Had. He Did Not Mention The Ex-girlfriend Being The Sole Beneficiary, But I Believe That He Intended To Change That. They're Split Up Was Not Friendly. We Just Want Help With Funeral Costs, And Any Debt That He May Have.

I doubt that you are going to get any from her. What he told you is of no effect. Even if he had done a will, it would have no bearing on the life insurance or 401k.

Although you will likely find that lwpat is correct, if you are interested in contesting the girlfriend's status as beneficiary you need to consult a lawyer, ideally well before the money is paid out.
