What are defferred sentence and delayed disposition? Also are probation and supervision the same thing (and do they not put hte conviciton on the record)? If I wanted to go into a diversion program so that I will not have the conviction go on my record do I have to plea not guilty then bargin with the procecuers or plead guilty then bargin? Can I get the diversion program or supervision in califronia?
