    So some bully actually tried to make you eat dirt?
    No. That was jk's stab at writing fiction. Personally, I found the plot a little thin, but if he put as much effort into creativity as he did into sluething me out, I'm sure he could improve it. Does anyone here actually try to understand anything that they read?

    We should put them so deeply in prison that sunlight has to be pumped to them...BUT...it must be done in such a manner that;
    A) his rights, the child's rights, the parent's rights, and society's rights were NEVER compromised and;
    You see twyce, once the guy has been convicted, he no longer deserves the rights afforded everybody else. Putting him in prison IS removing his rights to move about freely. The other 3 entities rights are protected by putting the molester in prison so he cannot do the same again.

    B) society/poilice/courts/justice are above ANY possible reproach and;
    that is just simply unrealistic. Human nature will not allow that to ever be. While we would like to believe that everybody was altruistic by nature, the fact is, they aren't and there is nothing you can do to change that, it is human nature.

    C) it is not for a rationale of 'punishment' and;
    Humans learn by a couple different methods. The two basic camps are; reward and punishment. Since it is unrealistic to reward everybody for being good, we are left with punishing those that are bad. So, that is what we do because that is what human nature demands we do.

    D) the margin for error resides on the public protection side and;
    Then by doing this, you automatically remove the suspects rights, long before our current system does. Each person has rights and they all must be given equal weight until such time a person shows they are not worthy to be allowed to continue to express their rights because of some negative action the perform against society.

    E) neither the molested child nor any other children are exposed to further risk.
    that is why we put them in prison. how is your system different.

    and law is NOT the right tool for the job we need it to do.
    Everybody is still waiting for you to give examples of a law and its use that would do what you keep claiming is a better way. If you have a better way, then spit it out but all you have done up to now is analogous to a person saying, "we need to be able to transport people across light years of distance in the blink of an eye" It sure sounds good but until somebody finds a way to actually do it, all you have is a dream. Do you have a dream or do you have a plan of action with real goals and real methods to achieve those goals.
    all I have seen is the dream with no explanation of how to bring it into reality.

    I've been called psychopath/malcontent/rebel/insane but I keep trying, because I KNOW that I'm right and NONE who have called me names, are doing do from a position of comprehention.
    The problem with trying to comprehend what you argue for is just like trying to comprehend a person arguing that to move mankind forward, we need to be able to travel as I mentioned before. The problem with either situation is; as things are, neither make any sense because they are not realistic.

    If you have something other than a dream, then spit it out. We are tired of hearing all the grandiose speeches with nothing of substantial worth.

    You type a lot but you don't say anything.

    Your effort at being flippant in your response led us to believe there may have been a bit of truth in the scenario I wrote about.

    Your fault, not ours.

    and no, you did not win. You did maintain your priciples (not sure where principles come into play here since he simply wanted to make you eat dirt because he could but...) but you did lose because you did eat dirt. That is your problem and you proved it with that response. The fact is, he made you do something yet because he stopped at some point, you claim victory. The fact is, you lost. There was no victory on your part.

    I think this has run its course.
