here is a post by russel from another forum:

I believe that "a killer has the 'right' to walk into a school and 'butcher' children". Just as every person has the inalienable 'right' to do whatever we will. (So according to you, I must need that heavy-duty psychiatric help.) We, as the rest of society do NOT have the 'right' to 'forbid' him. BUT, we DO have the right (and the duty) to 'protect' those children. The children have an equal (actually, greater than equal) right not to be killed, than his right to kill them. Because the killer's exercising his 'right' would take away the children's 'right' to life, we need bolster their 'right' by taking whatever restraining action against the killer (or would be killer) as is necessary--even to the point of locking him away for the rest of his life--if needs be.

Damn it JK, I haven't seen you this mad since the Deadlock incident. That sure was funny though.
Oh, I am far from mad. Actually quite the opposite. I find russ's attempts at injury humorous. It shows his immaturity and gives explanation to his attempts at sedition.

I believe a psycho-analyst would find easy pickins' to find a real disturbance between his ears.

Sick, where did you find this? I just read his blog. It only has like 6 post on it, and one of them says the exact same this as this threads original post.

    or should I say Toews?
Is searching out and displaying information standard, or even acceptable practice at this forum? Do I just merit your special ire because you're afraid of my opinions and you have no viable answers to them?

Be sure to provide a link to wherever you decide to post this literary work of crap, if you dare.
You said you weren't interested in my work and that you wouldn't be buying my novel. Why should I give you something for free?

What is sick and twisted is the belief that protection from wrong has to cost one's freedom to the law. I stand by everything I've said on that forum too--when taken in the full context.

How does society derive the RIGHT to issue and enforce laws? An individual has zero right to tell another what he must/mustn't do or punish for non-compliance. A nation is made of many individuals, but zero times x-million is still zero right.
Can a 'senior judge convict me of sedition?

    A: I don't have the slightest idea.
    I rest my case.

from what he has posted, I would suggest he would believe the molesters have a right to molest the children they have.

sedition : incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority
Your acceptance or lack of acceptance of a government being the lawful authority does not alter the fact that you seem to be teetering on the edge of sedition. You can cry foul all the way to your prison cell but it will not change the fact that both your and our government is accepted by the majority of the respective populaces to be the lawful authority.

but if for no other reason, look at them as the bully that has the power to enforce their laws and will do so regardless of what you believe to be correct. (had to add that because of russells twisted mind and his theories).

    I bet you got beat up a lot at Grande Prairie Composite High School Russ. I can see it now;

Russ," I know you are a big bully but you do not have the right to make me eat dirt"

Bully,"I have the right becuase I can kick your ass"

Russ,"but the power does not give you that right, it is only in your mind that you have the right."

    Bully,"so you say. eat dirt."

Russ,(as he is eating dirt) "HHmmpph,!!!! hhhmmmpppphhh."
Russ,"but you still do not have the right because I do not accept you as the rightful authority to demand anything of me."

Bully,"fine, then just imagine that I am not really here and you are not really eating dirt."

    Russ,"hhhummmppph, hhhhhmmmpphhh."

Russ, (after bully finally leaves)," I WIN"

in your mind russ, only in your mind.

because I realy doubt you will pay me to read your work and since that is how I value your work, that is the only way I will ever read it.

Look russ, I am willing to meet you in the middle and not charge you for me to read your work. That is as close to a win-win situation you are going to get. (I still think I get the short end of the stick but hey, I'm just that kind of guy)
