Default I'm Married But Ex Wants A Paternity Test. What Are My Rights?
Here I go...I live in Kentucky and was unfaithful to my husband for a few months while he was in jail for a felony. When he was granted work release,I stopped the affair and went back to my husband and we concieved a child together...Point being, the boy I had cheated on him with, believes the child is his and has done nothing but try to sabotage my marriage and cause stress on me and my family. He was abusive towards me in front of my 4 year old daughter and I had lost her do to an abusive relationship a while back and I refuse to go through that pain again. I know the child is my husbands because I was on B.C. while I was having the affair and stopped B.C. when I went back to my husband and I'm wondering if this happens to go to court, what are mine and my husbands rights in fighting back?

The only form of BC that is 100% effective is abstinence.

Is your husband aware that this may not be his biological child?

What I'm trying to say is I know for a fact it is his because of the time period that I got pregnant and I quit messing with the other guy about a month or 1 1/2 months before hand...I wasn't as far along as I thought when I went to my very first ultrasound. He knows about the other guy and is behind me 100%

This looks just like thread from candy also posted today. Anyways same advice have your husband take a DNA test to prove he is the Father than show results to your ex lover. That should end it

I lost my passsword to this account thats why I reposted it under a different name. To be honest I don't think I should have to get a DNA test done. DO you realize how much it takes to do a DNA test when you married? Me and my husband refuses to do one. He's willing to take care of him to hell or high water

You may have no choice is the man who suspects he is Father seeks and is granted a court order saying you must get test.
