Default New Injury Caused By First Injury
After several years I was finally awarded full benefits on Workers Comp. My injury is severe de Quervain's in my right hand. I have cronic pain and still have a hard time managing the pain. I am now experiencing tingling and numbness in my left hand and arm as well as pain and swelling. My doctor has told me that she thinks it is from over use. I live in Maine and was wondering if anyone knows if this would be a new case or just added to the current one.

I'm sorry....I should have read further down, my bad ....I believe that the Maine limit is 7 so would this be a complete new file and would I have to file a seperate claim. I do have a lawyer but I have caught him in lies so I do not completely trust him. If it is a new claim should (could) I hire a new lawyer?

You always have the right to counsel of your choice. If you don't trust your current attorney, consider getting one you do trust.
