Unhappy Expunging Contributing Charges In Illinois

I was convicted of contributing to the delinquency of a child (misdemeanor) in 2004. I was given supervision and in 2005 that was terminated or discharged. I have had no convictions (other than speeding tickets) before or after this. I've asked a couple local lawyers, but have yet to get definitive answers...

    Is this an expungeable offense?

If so, how many years must have elapsed?

Are those years between date of conviction or the date of supervision discharge?

    Thanks for any info

I'm kind of appalled that your local lawyers were so unhelpful.

The General Guidelines for Expungement in Illinois are here.

Forms and instructions for filing are available from the Office of the Appellate Defender.
