California Speeding Tickets Violation 23541

First of all I was in a lane where there is no car in the high way and i was going about 80-85 on a 65 mph and the police wrote 90 but anyway before i get my tickets what can i do? Do i still have to paid for my tickets on my first offence please help!! I know i have to go to traffic school but after that do i have to still paid though? by the way the police said he would let me not to paid the tickets and just go to traffic school but i have to requested it in court to the judge still i cant believe what he says though. do my driving insurance company rate still go up? :/

I don't see a section 23541 in the vehicle code.

it says on my tickets and its either that or i dont have any tickets violation or anything hmm so what should i do ?

well... if it actually says you were charged with violating VC23541, then you should just go to your arraignment and ask for a dismissal based on the fact that you haven't been charged with anything.
