Arizona,
1. Purchased annuities prior to marriage with MY funds. It's divorce time after more than 15 years. Does AZ law (which is a community property state) require sharing those proceeds of such annuities, and at what percentage???

2. Does a quit claim deed signed by a spouse on a home purchased for both to live in hold any legal power to eliminate that spouse from sharing in the proceeds upon sale of said property?

If there was no contribution to the annuities made during the marriage, they likely remain your separate property.

I'm not going to guess as to what this quit claim deed business is about. Consult a divorce lawyer.
