Default Mother Won't Allow Father A Paternity Test
My boyfriend's ex had gotten pregnant while he was still with her a little over a year ago. He found out that she had also been cheating on him and is now married to the guy. He has been trying to get a hold of her for a paternity test because if it is his child than he wants 2 be a part of it's life. She however has been making it very difficult on him to even get a paternity test and he has not seen the child since she was born. He also has heard from past mutual friends of theres that the child has been neglected and has poor living conditions. He is very worried for the child's safety. What are my boyfriend's legal actions? How can a paternity test be enforced on his ex?

A: He should hire a lawyer and sue her for paternity and custody and for the court to set his child support.
