Default I'm Married But Ex Wants A Paternity Test. What Are My Rights?
I live in kentucky and when me and my husband concieved, he was on work release at the time for a felony. I had been seeing someone else on the side for a few months before hand but still talked to him after I had ended the affair and now he presumes he's the father and he's trying to get a paternity test when the baby is born. We want him out of our lives and I would like to know what rights does me and my husband have against this obsessed man?

Well when the child is born have hubby take a DNA test. If the test shows he is the father show this to your ex lover. It seems that this man just wants to know whether he is a father or not. That is his right.

He was abusive and honestly I know deep down he knows he's not the father, he's just trying to sabotage my marriage because I left him to go back to my hubby

You did not listen to Bay if you want to end this have Hubby take the test! He has every right to seek a court order to do so once child is born this is much easier.
