Default Pregnant By An Illegal Immigrant
My 18 year old niece is pregnant by an illegal inmigrant.
The father can not sign the acknowledgement because of the need for SSN and other documents. What kind of rights will she have if the father takes off, for support and such?

She can see if they will accept an ITIN for the acknowledgment of paternity.

Otherwise, she can initiate a paternity action to formalize paternity and get an order for custody, visitation and support.
