Default Several Employees Fell On Ice, But No Injuries
We've had several employees fall in our parking lot over the past week or so. One person fell and hit his head, another person fell and had the wind knocked out of her (both did not seek treatment). Others who have fallen have just been bruised or shaken up, but nothing that warranted a doctor visit when it happened. With all this in mind, do all the employees who fell need to fill out an 8aWCA (First Report of Injury - State of NH form). There weren’t any injuries per se, however, an incident happened (a fall on ice).

Please advise on what I should do.

Have your snow removal company apply salt and/or sand?

Without examining the form, my initial reaction is that there is no need to make a "First Report of Injury" if there is no injury. Consistent with that,
Quoting Notice of Accidental Injury or Occupational Disease (Form No. 8aWCA)
This form is used by an employee to provide the employer with written notice that s/he has sustained an on the job injury or believes that s/he has developed an occupational illness. This form does not necessarily need to be completed before the Employer’s First Report of Injury or Occupational Disease (see below) is filed; an employee’s verbal notification to his employer that an injury has occurred is sufficient initially.
