Late fees and concesssion

My rent is 625 a month. My paycheck won't come until Friday the 4th which means my rent is late. So they want me to pay 100.00 late fee PLUS 197.00 concession plus the rent. Does this all have to be paid or they will evict me?

What does it say in your lease?
