I don't think that you give very good advice on here. I have heard that I can hire a criminal lawyer and can have the charges dropped by a judge. Why do you give people advice and you dont have the credibility. How old are you? I have looked at some of your reponses to other questions and they have been totally wrong. I am seeking someone with knowledge in my area.

You bounced the check, you're obligated to pay for it. That's the way the law works.

If you're only interested in being told what you want to hear, spend a penny and buy a yes man.
