    Default HIV+ And Out Of Status

    Been in the US for 21 years. 13 in out of status. My H20 expired 13 years ago. Have been positive for 3 years. Is there any chance or anything that can be done to get into status....

    Unfortunately, no. You've overstayed long enough to be deported and banned for 5+ years.
