Handling new bills during bankruptcy

I am filing chapter 13. We go for our meeting with the Trustee in 2 weeks. Here is my question. My cat got really sick and I had to take him in for emergancy care. The vet did not give me an estimate or any idea of the costs. It ended up being $900. Now the cat is old and if they would have told me the expense I would have had him put down as he is already in kindney failure. Anyways...I did not have the money to pay the bill and they made me sign a paper saying I would make payments at $100/ month at 21% interest until paid. I know that while I am in bankruptcy I cannot get credit. Will I be punished for this? Can I add this bill in with the bankruptcy. I believe it is already filed, we are just waiting on our meeting. With the chapter 13 payments and our normal living expenses we will not be able to afford 100/month or anything really.

Was the debt incurred before you filed, or after you filed?

After we filed. We filed on the 5th of October, go for the 341 meeting on the 17th of November. The vet bill was yesterday the 1st of November. I was SHOCKED at the cost of the bill, but what could I do but sign it and take my cat home?
