Brother Got Caught Shoplifting At Macy's

My brother and I decided to go shoping at Macy's and we both have clean records never did one thing wrong! My brother is 16 and im 18. I took some clothes in the fitting room and so did he. But I didnt like how the clothes fit on me so I kept them in the room. So i went off to buy a hat and went to get the car and parked up front. He was coming out and 2 laddies grabed him and i had no idea what happen because I didnt know he was atempting to steal. So the lady called the cops and took my brother to the police station and out of no where they brought my name up.. They said i was helping him. They saw me on camera with him, even though I didnt steal anthing. So my mom gave them my name and my birthday thats all. What do you think is going to happen to me. Because im like really scared and i didnt do anything wrong!!! Please someone help me and let me know what I might be facing
