The seller will not give you clear title because: ____________ ?
Does the seller have your money yet? I hope not.
Because it was never titled originally due to it's age and is for off road use only.As it has been owned by the guy since before Aug 1985 Arizona doesn't require it to be titled.
The difficulty lies in trying to ship out of LA as they will not accept just a bill of sale.
Call it naivety on my part as I have bought a bike in Washington, and have had it shipped with just a bill of sale out of Seattle,so I assumed it would be that simple to get one back from Arizona, but apparently LA customs are a hard bunch.
Yes I have paid for the bike and worst case scenario is that I get it shipped back in boxes but would prefer to avoid that.
There is a company in Vegas that will obtain a motorcycle title for $85......does anyone know if this is a legitimate way of obtaining one and solving my problem?
