Restraining Order Against Boyfriend

Hello,
My question involves me and my boyfriend.I am 16 and my boyfriend is 21. We have been dating for 7 months now. I live in the state of Montana where the age of consent is 16. I lived with my dad when we first started seeing eachother. My dad allowed us to date, and even allowed my boyfriend to spend the night with me (...same room, same bed). He has never had a problem with my boyfriend.
I just recently moved back to my moms house. My dad is now threatening to make my life a living hell. One of this threats is to turn my boyfriend in. (Restraining order, Statutory Rape...ect...) He has nothing against my boyfriend; he's just trying to get back at me for moving to my moms.

I'm wondering if he could really get a restraining order against my boyfriend? If he can legally keep us from being together?

I don't think my dad would really do this, but him threatening it makes me wonder...

The age of consent likely won't be an issue. However, if you are a minor, and living under his roof, yes - he most certainly CAN get a restraining order against your boyfriend, even against your wishes. If an order is in place, ANY form of contact can result in your boyfriend being arrested and having an adult criminal record.

Okay, but if I live with my mother?

Who wants nothing more than for me and him to be together...?

If my parents have joint custody.. Would they both have to agree on it?
