Default Workers Comp. Appeal
I had a hearing for workers comp. I informed the Judge I had filed my claim in February 2003 and the accident occured in August 2002. I sent the claim regular mail but it was either lost or misplaced. Workers Comp claims it was not received. Of course my claim was denied. I filed for an appeal.

By chance is there anyone who can help me find the correct laws to file my appeal under or possibly write the appeal for me? This for the state of Virginia.

I would appreciate all the help I can get. I did have surgery as a result of my injury. I thank you in advance.
