#5 that the plaintiff is due interest from the date of charge off witch is 06-01-08

This date is not even hear yet my credit report says its been charged off all ready. if I opened it it was long time ago it states it was open 04-01-2000 if it was one I opened I havent done anything with it for over 4 years plus,

I cant find when last payment or activity was made on that account or any account on my credit report.

And there are all kind of accounts opened that I have no idea about and I know I havent opened them or any account from 2002 on til last dec.

These are all held by collection agencies. How many credit cards or other bills have you let go?

Understand, I'm not trying to be judgmental - I've been in collections hell, and it took a long time to get out of it - I'm just trying to help you figure out what's on your credit report so you can get it cleaned up.

If you genuinely do not recognize the account you're being sued over, you need to say something about it NOW. Ask the law firm for verification.

DO NOT skip your court date.
