Default California Workers Comp Open Case

I got hurt at target in orange county California and i felt like i was taken advantage by targets lawyers as well as the lawyer i hired..
This is why...i was hurt while working at target my back and arm.I was on workers comp- and going to therapy \,pills,the hole shabang..after a year and a half i went to the big court date where i was going to make a deal or see the judge about my case.I met my lawyer and he went to another room with targets lawyers and he came back to me telling me that they are offering me a deal of 6,000 dollores.I didnt know i could bargain for more or refuse or even get to see the judge?so i said ok,my lawyer left and came back and said they(target llawyers) will give me an extra 2,ooo dollars if i agree never to work at target again..I said ok i signed case closed..I took the first offer :confused confused.
I think thares a law saying a workers comp case can only be re opened if the person has a mental disability.Well my friends i do,i have a.d.h.d. I have orange county mental health records showing me having a chemical imbalance and i have been on medication all my life.
At the time of the case and year i was not under medication,i have no insurance.Even thou i was represented by council (lawyer) i may still have a case. Can i sue my lawyer for taking advantage of me?did my lawyer take a bribe from targets lawyers?then why would he tell me to take the first offer?i need help re opening this case its been about 2 years since it happend .I need a lawyer
please help me i live with mom and i havent worked in years.I am 24 and I clearly need medication..at the time of the court settlement i had a medical marijuana license by the state of California, would this medical marijuana help me in any way?if not then disregard the pot licence..

What medical condition caused by the work injury is currently keeping you from being employed?

Just my personal experience with WC in another state, and not as a lawyer and not in CA, but you're going to have a real hard time re-opening a case where you took a lump sum settlement while you were represented by counsel.

Normally a lawyer would advise you to reject their offer. Stating that it isn't enuff $$ (since they get a percentage whats up with that) So I wonder what his motivation was concerning his effort to encourge you to accept their first offer? Its one thing if you accept it on the first offer but you would think the attorney would want push so the settlement would be a larger amount, so his paycheck would be larger.
But if it went to trial its not a Guarentee that you will prevail. There is always a risk in going to trial. So maybe thats what he was looking at????
