Repackaging Trademarked Products

I currently make a product and i want to know if i am violating trademarks and if i can get my own trademark. Essentially I mix three popular trademarked fish foods together and then sell it as my own product under the idea that variety is best for your fish. I don't list the trademarked names of the other fish foods but most people could figure it out from the description. Is this legal and can i trademark the name that i am using to sell this product ?

I have no way of knowing if you are violating any trademarks, as you have provided no real information about your use of the marks.

You can obtain information and forms for filing a trademark (or file online) at the United States Patent & Trademark Office website.

ok . is it ok to take three tradmarked products( fish food) and mix them together to make a new product and sell it under a new name without mentioning the other products names ?

Like, can i mix dog chow , kibbles and bits and Alpo all together and sell it as a producted called Super duper dog mix ?

You would have to be careful as to how you reference the other products, but I don't know of any reason why you couldn't mix and resell other manufacturer's products. (Save, perhaps, if your state regulates the manufacture of pet foods.)
