Coming Back To US With Outstanding Warrant Waiting

I was arrested a year ago in washington st. for growing marijuana plants in my house. a few months later i left the country. Ive done the research and found a bench warrant was issued last july for vucsa and a bail was set at $5000. I have 1 other convection in 1999 for attempting to manufacture marijuana. a gross misdemeanor. My question is, if i fly back into the US into CA, will they find the warrant and if they do, do you think wa. st. will extradite?

No one has any way of giving an answer more clear than "Maybe". It's a possibility, yes. But more than that is impossible to say.

Missy, how can you help me with my sisters 3 counts of VUCSA in Wa state and no previous trouble. We had to change lawyers as the one we paid thousands of dollars to never showed for court and she had to spend time in jail! YUCK! THanks!
