Default Forging Name On Car Title
What are the legal consequences of forging someone's name on a title transfer?

Is it a misdemeanor or a felony? class a b or c?

If you commit a crime, the consequence is that you may be charged with a criminal offense and risk fines and incarceration.

Laws are different in each state.
