    Post Alimony And Adultery

    I was married in Toledo, OH but we reside in MI. Which divorce laws do I a bide by. I think my husband is cheating and I want to know what his consequences will be in this divorce. What legal proof if any do I need? What are the guidlines for spousal support here? HELP

    You need to consult with an attorney in MI since that is your domicile. There are a lot of factors and you need to at least talk with an attorney.
