Default Workers Comp Help In California
I am trying to file a workman's comp settlement claim for loss of hearing.I lost hearing in both ears over the 23years I worked for my employer. The problem is that I was resently fired. My ex employer won't fill out the employer portion of the workman's comp.form.He also refuses to give me the name of the workman's comp.Insurance company. How do I find out who the Insurer is? And once I do,Can I send the form to the Insurer without the employer portion filled out or signed,Since they refuse to do it? I don't know what else to do.

The folks over here concentrate exclusively on Workers Comp issues. You're more likely to get a detailed response there.

I would suggest also trying to get help from the Department of Industrial Relations, or consulting a worker's compensation lawyer.
