Default Florida Statute Of Limitations For Credit Cards
Can anyone advise which is correct, or is there new case law stating which SOL on credit cards the court will use? On any board I visit there is conflict on the 4 or five year time frame.

Florida seems to apply the four year "open accounts" limitations period to store credit cards, and the five year "written contracts" limitations period to other credit cards. There does not appear to be any recent case law on this issue.

Agree. That seems to be the way the courts in Fl. are applying the SOL on credit cards.
