Default Married But Had Baby To Another
i left my husband of 3 years and since then have had a baby by another man, i want to know if my ex husband has any rights to my son. i live in Pa

are you legally divorced? If you are, he has no rights. If you are not, he is legally the father bc you are still married and it is presumed he is the father.

§ 5104.
g) Effect on presumption of legitimacy.--The presumption of legitimacy of a child born during wedlock is overcome if the court finds that the conclusions of all the experts as disclosed by the evidence based upon the tests show that the husband is not the father of the child.
