Relinquish Or Transfer Guardianship

I have full guardianship of a 17 year old in Michigan and i wish to transfer the guardianship back to the parent in another state ASAP with the parents consent. The courts granted me the full guardianship here in Michigan. What is the fastest and least expensive way without using a lawyer to get this done? Can the child leave to move in with the parent immediately while we are going through the process? If not - can I grant a power of attorney to the parent until the process is complete so that the child can go live with the parent now?

You can go to court and petition to be released as guardian. In the interim, you are expected to follow the court's orders.
