Default Florida Paternity Laws
I gave birth to my son 3 days ago!My boyfriend and i have been(back)together since i was 4 weeks pregant.I was with someone else once during my boyfriend and my breakup.the guy i was with once called today wanting me to do a paternity test to see if this is his baby.my boyfriend signed the paternity papers and the baby has his last name.does the other guy have any rights,can he make me have a paternity test done?i live in florida.the guy lives in alabama.

The other guy can file in court to establish paternity. because you were unmarried, the court will order a DNA test even though your BF signed the paternity papers.
