Default Assault with a weapon, mischief, and forcibly entry
a few years ago i was assulted. the guy came in to my house to cimmit the assult. my question is he has priors in assult and robbery what type of sentencing is he facing? is there anything i can do to help my case? this is in manitoba court hes pleading not guilty and i have court nov.18th

Default Battery Sentencing
His sentence will depend not only on his priors, but upon the specific charge for which he is being sentenced. There's more than one "battery" offense in the Canadian criminal code. Perhaps the Crown attorney can advise you as to the likely sentence.
