Do you have a husband that is willing to adopt you child? Are you on state aid?

Please don't type in all caps. It represents screaming on the internet. Just standard capitalization and punctuation...Thanks!!

No i dont im single. When you say state aid do you mean like government help? If that is the case no im not i take care of my baby myself. I just dont want him to have any kind of rights over her when he made the choice to give her up. Im just really confused over all this.

It is not likely the TPR will be granted with no man willing to step in as Dad

TPR and child support are different...he may terminate/or not exercise/his rights but he cannot terminate his obligations.

Why...he is your child's father. If he wants visitation the court will grant it.

I Had a father like him in and out of my life and it was very confusing and hard for me and finally he just stop seeing me i dont want that for my baby.
If he is going to be in her life he needs to be there not just part time. I knew this wasnt going to be a part time job and the condition of her meeting her was that he was aware of that to.. If i go to court can I fight for full custody? And if so, do i stand a chance since he has said he doesnt want her in his life?
