I got hurt on the job two years ago. Filed for Worker's Comp benefits and never received any contact from the insurance adjuster or income for almost a year. I was in and out of work due to my injury, but in the mean time for income I sold scooters and was in a partnership fence company with my sons. I didn't work but hired workers to install fence for me. All of a sudden I receive a check for $10,000.00 for loss of income after one year, then about a month later investigators came to my house to confiscate all of my fence company books & told me I was under investigation for theft. I gave them all the names of my customers & workers to which they tesified that they did not see me work but that I had hired workers to do my jobs. Several months later they go to my wife's working place to harrass her & accuse her of having worked for my fence company, which she did not have anything to do with my fence company. They question her for three hours and then tell her that our bank account is frozen until further notice. I have been calling attorneys in my hometown for the last three days and no one has returned my call. I am desperately in need of help. I need access to my bank account. I bought a fence machine for $32,000.00 paid half down & the remaining half was due today. If I don't pay that I will lose the machine & the down payment. Please help asap!!!! PS...Oh yea, I found out that I wasn't supposed to get paid anything because my injury is a reoccurence of an old injury that I settled for 12 years ago.
