School Districts And Day Care Centers

I am currently going through a divorce that has been dragging out since May of 07. My ex is fighting me for more visitation with our three children even though he already gets a 4 day weekend with them every other week and he gets them every tuesday night. He hasn't paid any child support even though he has been ordered by the court. My lease is up this month in the house I have been renting and I would like to move to a different suvdivision since my ex lives with in a block from me. He is constantly driving by my house and stops every time he does not see my boyfriends truck. He told me that when I move, I can not move them to a different school district and I can not move them out of the day care they are currently in. My problem with the day care is it is his mothers. She is constantly asking the kids about my personal life and telling them things that children should not hear. She also is not licensed and has over 20 kids with just her to supervise them. Can he tell me that I can not change daycares even if I do not think my children are being cared for properly?

Are there any temporary orders for custody?

If so, what does the order state regarding decision making?

I have temporary custody of our children. We are to make these kind of decisions together. I spoke with my attorney yesterday and he told me that I can decide where my kids go to daycare when they are with me and he can decide when he has them.
