can you be under 18 and legaly rent an apartment with cash?????i am questioning moving out and it is ok i dont really want to deal with emancipation stuff and i would like to rent my own apartment is that legal.

Not illegal, but you may have a hard time finding someone that would rent to a minor without an adult co-signer.

Since a minor has not reached the age of majority, he/she could disaffirm a contract.

Also, legally you can not move out without consent.
